1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of retrisa.com and other public websites operated by Retrisa (“Retrisa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms apply to use of the public website. Managed IT, cybersecurity, consulting, support, or other services provided to a customer are governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement, or other written agreement between Retrisa and that customer. If there is a conflict, the applicable signed customer agreement controls with respect to those services.
2. About Retrisa
Retrisa provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, endpoint, identity, backup, infrastructure, and related technology services.
Retrisa is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and provides remote services to businesses throughout the United States.
Information presented on this website is general information about Retrisa and its services and does not create a customer, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship.
3. IT & Security Health Assessments
Submitting an IT & Security Health Assessment request does not create a customer relationship or obligate Retrisa to perform any particular service.
Unless specifically agreed to in writing, an initial health assessment is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, regulatory audit, forensic investigation, certification, or guarantee that an information technology environment is secure or compliant.
Any access to a prospective customer’s systems must be properly authorized.
Retrisa does not conduct unauthorized access, scanning, testing, or security activity against third-party systems.
4. Existing Client Support
The website may allow existing customers to submit support requests.
Submitting a support form does not modify any existing service agreement or Service Level Agreement.
Response times, support availability, covered services, exclusions, emergency procedures, and other support obligations are governed by the customer’s applicable agreement with Retrisa.
Users should never submit passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, private keys, API secrets, or other authentication credentials using ordinary website support forms.
5. No Emergency Service Guarantee
Website forms and email should not be relied upon as emergency communications channels unless a customer’s agreement expressly provides otherwise.
For existing customers, applicable support procedures contained in the customer’s service agreement should be followed.
