About Retrisa

Retrisa runs the technology behind growing businesses.

Retrisa is a managed IT and cybersecurity company that runs the technology behind growing businesses: users, devices, cloud services, security, backups and day-to-day IT operations.

Who we are

What Retrisa is

Retrisa is a managed IT and cybersecurity company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We take responsibility for the technology a growing business depends on: the accounts and access of its people, its laptops and phones, its Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, files, backups, cloud and network, and the security controls that protect all of it.

We work with companies that have outgrown ad-hoc IT but don’t need, or want, to build an internal IT department. Instead of a technician who appears when something breaks, Retrisa runs IT as an operation: documented, secured, monitored and reported to management every month.

We started Retrisa around a simple frustration: most business owners can’t tell whether their IT is in good shape until something goes wrong. Our answer is in one line: know the state of your it.

What we believe

  • Security-first, not security-eventually
  • Plain-English reporting by default
  • Proactive management over reactive tickets
  • Executive visibility as a standard feature
  • Honest scoping, no fabricated claims
  • Built to scale as you grow, not just for day one

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Serving growing businesses across Broward County, Miami and South Florida, with remote support nationwide.

How we work

Six commitments we’ll put in writing.

Every MSP claims to be proactive and responsive. These are the specific, checkable versions of those claims.

01

Proactive, not reactive

Most of our work happens before you would have noticed a problem. Ticket volume is a symptom, not a service level.

02

Security-first by default

Every environment we take on is brought to a documented baseline first. Security is not an upsell on a later invoice.

03

Deep Microsoft expertise

Entra ID, Intune, Exchange and Defender are configured by someone who works in them daily, not by following a vendor wizard.

04

Communication in plain English

You will never receive a report that requires a technical background to interpret.

05

Executive visibility

Leadership gets a plain-language summary of security, devices, backup and risk every month, not just an invoice.

06

Real accountability

Scope is written down. What is included is included. If we miss something, we say so.

Let’s build an IT environment you don’t have to worry about.

Start with an IT Health Assessment: a clear, written view of access, devices, business systems and security. No pressure, no obligation, and the findings are yours to keep.
