Privacy Policy
What this website collects, how that information is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
Last Updated: September 27, 2026
1. Introduction
Retrisa respects the privacy of visitors, prospective customers, customers, and others who interact with us.
This Privacy Policy describes how Retrisa may collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information through retrisa.com and related website forms.
This policy applies to information collected through our public website. Information processed while providing managed IT or cybersecurity services to a customer may additionally be governed by that customer’s service agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Business Associate Agreement where applicable, or other contractual terms.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with the website, we may collect information such as:
- Name;
- Company name;
- Business email address;
- Telephone number;
- Job or role information;
- Approximate company size;
- Information included in contact, assessment, or support forms;
- Communications sent to Retrisa;
- Support request details;
- Information relating to services you are interested in; and
- Other information you voluntarily provide.
We may also automatically receive technical information such as:
- IP address;
- Browser type;
- Device type;
- Operating system;
- Pages visited;
- Referring website;
- Date and time of visits;
- Approximate geographic region derived from IP address; and
- Website interactions.
If you arrive through a tagged link (for example from an email or advertisement), the link’s campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) and the page you landed on are kept in your browser for that visit and included with any inquiry you send, so we know which campaign it came from. They contain no personal information.
The website collects only information reasonably necessary for its intended functions. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment card numbers, passwords, MFA codes, private keys, or medical information through any form on this website.
3. Support Request Information
Existing customers may submit information describing technical problems.
Please do not provide passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, private keys, authentication tokens, or similar secrets through ordinary website forms.
Where particularly sensitive information must be exchanged for legitimate support purposes, Retrisa may provide a more appropriate secure method.
4. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries;
- Contact prospective customers;
- Schedule or evaluate IT Health Assessments;
- Provide requested information;
- Process customer support requests;
- Communicate with customers;
- Operate and secure the website;
- Detect spam, abuse, and malicious activity;
- Improve website performance and usability;
- Understand interest in our services;
- Maintain business records;
- Comply with contractual and legal obligations; and
- Protect Retrisa, our customers, users, systems, and rights.
We will not use information for materially unrelated purposes where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
5. Service Providers We Currently Use
Rather than list every category a website might use, the following reflects what this website actually relies on today:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and network security. Cloudflare processes request data such as IP address and browser information in order to serve and protect the site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the bot-protection check shown on our forms, used to stop automated abuse.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-preserving, cookieless traffic measurement. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track people across other websites. It is only active when enabled for the site.
- Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph — form submissions are delivered to our own Retrisa mailboxes by email. Form content is not posted to a third-party marketing platform.
- Unsplash — some photography on the site is served from Unsplash’s image network, which receives the standard technical request information any image host receives.
We do not currently operate a third-party CRM, marketing automation platform, live-chat tool, or advertising pixel on this website. If that changes, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated to say so before or when the technology is introduced.
6. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
This website does not currently run advertising pixels, cross-site tracking technologies, or behavioral advertising tools. The only analytics we use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
Retrisa does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If Retrisa later introduces analytics or advertising technologies that require consent, an opt-out, or another privacy choice under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate mechanism at that time and update this policy.
8. Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals.
Because there is not a single universally adopted standard governing all Do Not Track signals, our response may depend on the technologies being used and applicable legal requirements. As this site does not perform tracking-based advertising, there is currently no advertising activity for such a signal to switch off.
Where applicable law requires recognition of legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, Retrisa will process those signals as required.
9. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers performing services for Retrisa;
- Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, or insurers where appropriate;
- Authorities where required by law or valid legal process;
- Parties involved in protecting the security, rights, property, or safety of Retrisa or others; and
- A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes except as permitted by applicable agreements and law.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to:
- Respond to inquiries;
- Maintain customer relationships;
- Provide support;
- Maintain necessary business records;
- Resolve disputes;
- Protect security; and
- Meet contractual or legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and relationship. Information no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymized, or securely retained where required by law.
11. Information Security
Retrisa uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no Internet transmission, website, server, cloud service, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Visitors should not send passwords or other authentication credentials through standard website forms.
12. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside and which privacy laws apply to Retrisa, you may have rights relating to personal information, potentially including the right to:
- Request access;
- Request correction;
- Request deletion;
- Obtain information about how information is used or disclosed;
- Withdraw certain consent;
- Opt out of certain advertising, sharing, or sale activities; or
- Appeal certain privacy decisions.
Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance. Retrisa may verify a request before fulfilling it and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
Privacy requests may be submitted to support@retrisa.com. Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
13. California Visitors
California law may provide additional privacy protections depending on the circumstances.
California residents may contact us using the process described above to ask questions about personal information collected through the website or to submit an applicable privacy request.
Where California law requires specific rights, disclosures, or opt-out mechanisms based on Retrisa’s activities or applicable statutory thresholds, Retrisa will provide them.
14. Children
Retrisa provides business-to-business technology services.
Our website and services are not directed toward children. We do not knowingly use the public website to solicit personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website inappropriately, please contact us.
15. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites or services.
Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Retrisa is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that we do not control.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our website, services, technologies, or legal obligations.
