Accessibility Statement
Retrisa is committed to providing a website that is usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
Our Approach
We work to consider recognized accessibility practices in the design and operation of our website, including areas such as:
- Keyboard navigation;
- Readable text and contrast;
- Descriptive page structure;
- Form labels and instructions;
- Alternative text for meaningful images;
- Visible focus indicators;
- Responsive layouts;
- Accessible dialogs and forms; and
- Compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.
We aim to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA practices. We also respect the operating-system “reduce motion” setting: when it is switched on, the site’s animations and smooth scrolling are turned off.
We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. We prefer to fix markup and design directly, because overlays frequently do not solve the underlying problem.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and technology or third-party components may occasionally create issues. We review changes as we make them and address problems as we find them or as they are reported to us.
Reporting a Problem
If you have difficulty accessing information or functionality on the Retrisa website, please contact support@retrisa.com.
Please include:
- The page or feature you were trying to use;
- A brief description of the problem; and
- Your preferred method of contact.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate accessibility issues and provide the requested information through an alternative method where appropriate.
